Valet trash is a resident amenity where tied trash bags are removed from the apartment doorstep and brought to the onsite dumpster or compactor.

Do you have a pickup truck and want to make some extra money? We need hard-working individuals for doorstep valet waste removal at apartments. Take bagged trash from each building door to the onsite compactor — no experience required! Just a good attitude & late-model pickup. We will train the right people. Part-time shifts run Sunday–Thursday between 8:00–10:00 PM (approx. 10–15 hours/week at $15–$20 per hour).

We provide door-to-door trash collection at apartment communities five nights a week (evenings only). We do not take furniture or bulk items — just regular household bagged trash. Great side income to help with bills or a car payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash in cold, rain, or shine, five (5) days per week (Sun–Thu).
• Climb stairs and retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door; fulfill the brand promise: Every Door. Every Night.®
• Punctuality: Be onsite by 8:00 PM sharp and remove trash quietly as residents wind down.
• Maintain daily communication with your Valet Field District Manager.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and Social Security card; must pass a background check.
• Pickup truck with active auto insurance listing your name on the policy.
• Comfortable using smartphones & apps to provide Proof of Pickup®.
• Federal Tax ID preferred — LLCs and Incs welcome.
• Former military service members preferred.

Mandatory Pickup Schedule: 8:00–10:00 PM, Sunday—Thursday. Approx. 10–15 hours/week. Pay: $15–$20/hour.
