How Doorstep Valet Trash Works
Valet Trash Service Overview
Valet trash is a resident amenity where tied trash bags are removed from the apartment doorstep and brought to the onsite dumpster or compactor.
- Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, between 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Resident Protocol: Place bagged & tied trash in provided containers.
- Set-Out Window: Containers must be placed outside between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
- Method: We remove doorstep waste using leak-proof satchels or tilt carts (no dragging).
- Verification: Each pickup is documented nightly with a Proof of Pickup® (photo-PDF via app) to ensure trust and reliability.
Additional Services
- We offer mandate-required doorstep recycling solutions, including monthly recurring delivery of clear blue recycling bags.
- Ask about valet trash services for seniors, military, collegiate, and condominium housing.
- Bulk item removal: We pick up sofas, love seats, appliances, mattresses, and in-unit trash outs.
