5:00 PM Trash Set-Out Deadline

7:00 PM Collection Begins

Standard service: Sunday–Thursday. Place your prepared valet trash outside by 5:00 PM on scheduled service nights. Collection begins at 7:00 PM. Follow any community-specific schedule issued by property management.

Bag and Tie Your Trash: Use securely tied, leak-resistant bags. Standard preparation allows up to two 13-gallon household trash bags, subject to your community's rules. No loose trash.
Keep Recycling Separate: Use approved recycling bags where provided. Do not mix food waste or ordinary household trash into recycling.
